Blue Sky Day Nursery is a group of family owned and run nurseries, the first opened in 2005 and has been going from strength to strength since.

At Blue Sky “We promise to care for your child as we would our own” This underpins everything we offer you and your child

We believe in working with our parents to create the best childcare for your child. We are lucky to have an amazing team of loving, caring, professionals who uphold the promise and more.

Flexibility is key to our philosophy as we understand the difficulties in balancing being a parent with running a home, work, and other commitments. Our aim is to offer childcare that is not only of the highest quality but fits what you need.

We are thrilled to be able to offer our philosophy of “totally flexible care” so as parents you can book the care you need and not be tied into ridged care packages.

The Blue Sky Day Nurseries are open 51 weeks of the year, and offers care for children from 6 weeks old until they start school.

Our first setting, Market Weighton, opened in 2005 by our company’s founder Vivienne Pooleman.

We have seen many children move from room to room inside our cosy walls, and have helped them to become amazing individuals, for nearly 20 years.
